So, I was turned onto this video by Gwyneth's newsletter, GOOP. I don't know how I feel about that. I plan to get back to you on my love/hate relationship with this new venture of hers. It's like, I kind of liked Gwyneth more when she wasn't trying to be my homegirl, you know? I go back and forth.
